Mark Thorpe

Indonesia
As a devoted father I strive that my work helps to educate others and potentially inspires change for a better, healthier planet for our children.

I served in a number of military units for 12yrs, part of which introduced me to the African continent, albeit areas without postcards. I'd decided on an imaging career upon leaving the military and for the past, almost, 20 years I've been instrumental in the provision of underwater and terrestrial imagery, both still and motion, to compliment an International assortment of wildlife broadcast and media projects.

I'm an Emmy and International film festival Award winner for both self produced and commissioned projects. With a deep understanding of wildlife imaging, social media brand development and proactive social audience interactivity I seek to help educate through imagery and it's distribution of the fragility of our Oceans and natural planet.

In all of my tasks and objectives I have excellent man management skills, am articulate and meticulous, multilingual, and a true team player able to communicate at all levels. I have a massive respect for all things wild, natural and living.

Dedicated to positive results and as much of a team player as a reliable and solid thinker able to perform solo with great pride taken towards achieving positive results. I embrace nomadic, isolated and challenging objectives in order to attain a level of professionalism that defines the location, the subject matter and the client.

"A man is only as big as the dreams he dares to live".
